What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. We only receive what you choose to send us by WhatsApp, phone or email, which is usually your name, your number and the material you need.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, share rates, arrange your order and delivery, and follow up on it. Enquiries are recorded in our business messaging and customer-management tools. We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a pre-written message that mentions the page you were on, so we know what you were looking at. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to those chats.
If you have agreed to hear from us, we may send you offers and updates on WhatsApp. To stop them, reply STOP or tell us, and we’ll take you off the list.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, the type of device, and clicks on WhatsApp buttons. The map on our Home and Contact pages comes from Google Maps, and the site’s fonts load from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies through these services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for your enquiry, your order, our accounts and our tax obligations.
